HeartSpark is a digital service. We do not ship physical goods, jewellery, or printed cards.
How delivery works
- You create a Spark on https://sendheartspark.com
- After payment (for paid tiers), the Spark is activated on our servers
- You receive a private link to share with your recipient via WhatsApp, Instagram, SMS, or email
- The recipient opens the link in a mobile browser — no app install required
Delivery time
Free Sparks are available immediately after creation. Paid Sparks are available after Cashfree confirms payment — usually within seconds. If payment is pending, the Spark stays in an unpaid state until confirmation.
Storage duration
Each tier includes a storage window (shown on the pricing page). After that window, the link may expire and content may be deleted.
