Service description
HeartSparkprovides software to create private digital surprise links ("Sparks"). Delivery is electronic only. There is no physical shipment.
Pricing
Prices are shown in INR before checkout: Free (₹0), Lite (₹99), Plus (₹149), Max (₹199). These are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. Taxes, if applicable, are shown during payment.
Acceptable use
- Do not upload illegal, harassing, or non-consensual intimate content
- Do not attempt to bypass payment, impersonate others, or abuse the platform
- You are responsible for the content you create and share
Payments
Paid tiers are activated only after our payment partner confirms the transaction on the server. Closing the browser or returning from checkout does not by itself unlock paid features.
Availability
We aim for reliable delivery but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, abuse prevention, or third-party outages may affect availability.
Limitation of liability
HeartSpark is provided as-is to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or emotional damages arising from how a recipient reacts to your message.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India shall have jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer law.
